PAYMENT INFORMATION

PAYMENT PLAN:  Fees are divided into 4 installments and should be made payable to Penn Manor Comets Ice Hockey and mailed to:

PMIHC  PO Box 74  Millersville, PA 17551 

**For players in 5th-12th grade:

Fourth Payment of $100  must be post marked by September 30th

 Additional Costs: USA Hockey Registration, Sponsor Program, End of Year Banquet, Jerseys (if you keep), Pictures, Apparel and admission to games

Required Equipment: chest protector, elbow pads, gloves, helmet, hockey pants, pelvic protector, mouth guard, shin guards, skates and stick.
